"THESE GUYS ARE EASY TO WORK WITH..."

"...reasonably priced and do a great job! We had a home energy audit after they left and it sealed up our house by an extra 20% just by having the attic done!!! They make it easy to re-insulate."

SERVICES PROVIDED

"From the moment I contacted Northern Home Seal & Products to do my insulation in my new home that I was constructing I felt confident I called the right company. They took the time to review my plans with me and not only knew exactly what I needed, but also suggested things that I never thought about.

From what products to put in to what walls on the interior that I should insulate to receive sound protection, Northern Home Seal & Products was thinking about us as customers first.

The crews were on time and very pleasant. When they were done, the house was left in immaculate shape.

I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Northern Home Seal & Products to anyone looking for an insulation company."

- TOM O'DONNELL

    THERMAX

Thermax Sheathing polyisocyanurate insulation is a non-structural, rigid board insulation consisting of a glass fiber reinforces polyisocyanurate foam core laminated between aluminum foil facers. We install Thermax Sheathing in a range of applications including new frame wall construction behind masonry, siding, exterior stucco or other compatible finishes. Thermax Sheathing can be installed exposed to the interior without a thermal barrier in may applications.

Because of it's improved fire performance, Thermax Sheathing is especially appropriate for hourly rated assemblies. Thermax insulation's are created by an exclusive free rise manufacturing  process, which produces a closed-cell that is specially formulated for improved fire performance. The combination of the closed-cell foam core and aluminum facers produces boards that deliver high R-value plus excellent dimensional stability and moisture resistance. Used with appropriate joint closure system for the application, Thermax Sheathing with its low perm rating helps to prevent moisture condensation within and behind the insulation.

All Dow polyisocyanurate insulation's are manufactured with hydrocarbon blowing agents, which have no ozone depletion potential.
